I’m a wife and parent to two children, ages 6 and 3. Both of my kids were born at Swedish Hospital Issaquah through the Midwifery Centering program, and both were unmedicated vaginal births. I had a doula present for each of my births. My pregnancy and birth experiences led me to want to pursue work as a doula. I want all mothers to be informed, feel supported, and look back on their birth as a positive and powerful experience.
Outside of birth work, my family and I live in North Bend, Washington, where we love spending time outdoors. You’ll often find us hiking, camping, skiing, or simply enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest together.
In my quieter moments, I enjoy knitting and working on small sewing or photography projects. I value creativity, connection, and slowing down—qualities I also bring into my work with families during pregnancy and birth.
